Key Performance Indicators

We regularly ask our students to complete a short feedback form when they have completed their studies and work placements. This helps us understand what they thought of their time with us. We have developed some Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help us measure our performance. They were deliberately set high to give us a target to aim for. We are delighted that the vast majority of our students are very satisfied with the time they spent with us. We know we have to work harder in some areas and are looking at ways to improve our service. We find that KPIs are a great way to help measure our performance by providing accurate data we can act on.

Our Approach to Teaching

You are constantly motivated and engaged in your lessons through a communicative approach to learning, combined with contextualised lessons adapted to the level of your classes and delivered according to your preferred learning style, interests and motivations.

Wherever possible, and whenever appropriate, your lessons are student-centred and provide maximum practice in the four skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing, whilst at the same time expanding your vocabulary and improving your pronunciation.

Development of learner autonomy provides you with an enjoyable and effective learning environment and experience.

We endeavour to keep your classes small and of mixed nationality (unless otherwise stated) to ensure that your teachers can give you more personal attention.

We test you on arrival to determine your language level and ensure you are placed in the right class.
